A Neo Omakase Experience
We transformed a Mayfair gallery space into a one day pop up restaurant serving 45 people for both lunch and dinner service. Chef Jon Shō crafted an 8-course neo-omakase experience, paired with a rare selection of Japanese sake by Sake Sommelier Anthony Yukio, from Kioku by Endo.
